Ann's Revenge! Curry Bashes Megyn Kelly & Makes Discreet Return To 'Today'

It didn’t take long for Ann Curry to jump on the bashing Megyn Kelly bandwagon, and now RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the former morning talk show host made a discreet return to Today in a sly attempt for sweet revenge!
As readers know, Kelly was conspicuously absent from her Today show hour, one day after delivering scathing commentary on rival Jane Fonda.
On Tuesday’s episode of The View, special co-host Curry, who was famously booted from The Today show by Matt Lauer, said that she was shocked by Kelly's words.
“We're witnessing, in what we saw yesterday, a certain amount of meanness that I think is meanness which we should not tolerate,” Curry, said.
“Journalists are not supposed to be the story,” she continued. “We’re supposed to be humble. We’re supposed to use whatever time we’re given to shine a light on other stories. There are so many stories that we are not covering and to take time with this is not journalism.”
Curry was on the ABC talker to promote her new PBS series, We’ll Meet Again. But she also made a return to the Today show — during the first hour of the NBC morning program, Curry's new show aired a commercial.
"PBS has made a national ad buy for Ann's show's commercials to air on NBC, and during the Today show,” a source exclusively told RadarOnline.com. “Ann is still beloved by many of her former colleagues at the Today show, and has Hoda's respect.”
With NBC execs reportedly growing increasingly tired of Kelly’s controversies, not to mention falling ratings, sources speculate this could be the prefect opportunity for Curry to work her way back on the peacock network.
“This is Ann's time, and good for her,” the informant revealed. “If NBC had any class, she would be invited to come back to Today to discuss her new PBS series.”
