Humanitarian Angelina Jolie has gone on a mercy mission to Mosul in Iraq.
The star took a break from filming 'Maleficent 2' in Great Britain to undertake the mercy mission.
Jolie, 42, visited the city where up to 40,000 civilians died in a bloody battle with ISIS.
And victims of the battle flocked to see the famous actress as she paid tribute to them.
Jolie is known for her work with the United Nations as a special envoy and she loves to fly all around the world on mercy missions.
Meanwhile, her estranged partner Brad Pitt has been spotted in Great Britain meeting the couple's six kids who traveled to the UK to be with their famous mother.
It has been reported recently that a judge ordered Jolie to give Pitt more visitation rights and he has been photographed out on his bike in Windsor, England, where Jolie has rented a house for the summer.
Pitt, 54, will have the opportunity to spend time with his children, he shares with Jolie: Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and nine-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.
It is understood that their star's eldest son Maddox Jolie-Pitt, 16, will have the choice on how much he sees his famous dad.
