Jolie, 43, filed a stipulation to extend appointment of privately compensated temporary judge on November 26, 2018.
According to The Blast, who was the first to report on the filing, the parties requested Judge Ouderkirk be extended until December 31st, 2019, as opposed to June 2019.
Jolie asked that he oversee pre-trial motions, requests and that he handles the private custody trial.
Radar previously reported that the couple is “working towards an an agreement.” But that anything can change, as “nothing is in writing.”
The A-list stars have been fighting over custody of Maddox, 17, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 10, since their 2016 split.
