Angelina Accuses Brad Of Paying Insufficient Child Support Amid Custody Battle
Brad Pitt may have won more custody of his children with Angelina Jolie, but it looks like the actress is not done fighting with her baby daddy after all!
As RadarOnline.com has learned, the Maleficent star, 43, is now accusing Pitt, 54, of not paying her enough child support!
"Pitt has a duty to pay child support. As of present, Pitt has paid no meaningful child support since separation," wrote Jolie's attorney, Samantha Bley DeJean, in court papers obtained by NBC News.
RadarOnline.com readers know the Hollywood exes have been at war over their six children for the past year and a half!
"Given the informal arrangements around the payment of the children's expenses have not been regularly sustained by Pitt for over a year and a half, Jolie intends to file an RFO for the establishment of a retroactive child support order," DeJean continued.
While RadarOnline.com exclusively reported Jolie demanded her and Pitt's custody docs be sealed in a top-secret vault, it seems like a key part of their nasty legal feud has leaked!

This June 6, Judge Ouderkirk ordered Jolie to allow Pitt more visitation with the former couple's children. He also said the actor should spend four hours per day with at least one of the younger children, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, or twins Knox and Vivienne, 9 in the U.K. where Jolie is filming Maleficent. Maddox, 17, gets to choose his own visitation days.
The judge also ordered that Jolie stop monitoring her children's phone calls, texts, and conversations with their father.
For months now, Pitt has been trying to move on from his split to Jolie and go on with his life as a father. But the actress refuses to let their war go!
