'American Idol' Winner Scotty McCreery's Weddding Details Are Revealed
Country singer and American Idol season 10 winner Scotty McCreery tied the knot with his longtime galpal Gabi Dugal on Saturday.
The June 16 wedding took place in the North Carolina mountains with more than 200 friends and family members looking on, as PEOPLE has reported.
McCreery's childhood pastor officiated at the ceremony as he and Dugal, both 24, exchanged personalized vows.
Dugal looked stunning in her traditional flowing long white bridal gown by designer Morilee and "This Is It" singer McCreery was dapper in a black tux.
At the reception, McCreery and his bride shared their first dance to Elvis Presley's "Can't Help Falling in Love."
Reflecting Dugal's Lousiana roots, Cajun dishes were served at the dinner, as well as steak and pasta and an assortment of pies instead of wedding cake.
There was lots of pre-wedding fun, including a Cajun-style shrimp boil on Thursday night and a rehearsal dinner on Friday.
Dugal told PEOPLE she had chosen a classic black, white and gold color scheme for the wedding with a rustic feel.

"We fell in love with the mountains during the summertime when Scotty proposed, and our venue is like a little castle in the woods," the happy bride explained.
McCreery added, "Very Beauty and the Beast!"
He and Dugal "have known each other our whole lives," the star has said.
The two, who dated for six years, are planning to honeymoon in romantic Tahiti.
And hopefully their flight goes smoothly!
Last year, the deep-voiced singer beloved by country fans was cited at Raleigh Durham International Airport for having a loaded handgun!
The concealed carry permit holder said at the time he'd learned a lesson, noting that he had gone to the shooting range earlier in the day and forgot to remove the loaded weapon and rounds from his backpack before entering the airport.
