On Friday, court records viewed by RadarOnline.com showed the court dismissed Mack’s claim in its entirety without prejudice. This means Mack could refile on the matter if she chooses.

The troubled actress claimed Sekera had allegedly camped outside of her parents’ home and peeked through the windows while she was inside. Mack also claimed Sekera said he wanted to “help” the former star.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Allison is one of six defendants awaiting trial for racketeering, sex trafficking and forced labor charges due to her alleged involvement in the NXIVM cult.

The sex cult case is anticipated to begin trial in early next year.
