"The 'Alaskan Bush People' are getting stuck there," the minutes state. "A permit was issued to them by Public Works for placing gravel in the soft areas."

A county official explained that the county where the Browns purchased the 400 acres is close to a road that is "unpaved" and known as a "primitive road." The "very rural" county where the reality stars plan to call home is the size of Connecticut but has only 42,000 residents, the official said.

"If a road has less than 100 vehicle trips her day, we designate it primitive, meaning it doesn't get a lot of maintenance," said the county official.

This means the Browns have had trouble getting up the hill where their property lies, the official continued.

The official said the area has dealt with "a lot of issues with rain" recently so the Browns hired a contractor to throw gravel down.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, the Browns relocated to Washington after fleeing Los Angeles. They spent almost an entire year in the Golden State due to matriarch Ami's battle with stage four lung cancer.

What do you think of the Browns' bad luck with their property? Sound off in the comments!
