Who’s The Daddy? Aaron Hernandez’s Fiance Is Pregnant One Year After Killer’s Death
Aaron Hernandez’s fiancé announced on Tuesday she is pregnant with her second child just one year after the former NFL star committed suicide in his prison cell.
Shayanna Jenkins-Hernandez announced the news in an Instagram post where the mom-to-be touched her baby bump.
“Many of you have had speculated that I may be expecting another miracle, which is very accurate,” she wrote. “I wanted to take time to process and post when I was ready to.”
Jenkins-Hernandez, who stuck by Hernandez’s side during his murder trial in 2015, said she is “beyond excited” for the addition to her family. She has one daughter, Avielle, 5, whom she had with Hernandez.
“I couldn’t be a luckier woman to have such a perfect little girl that’s prepared to become the best big sister, and even more blessed to welcome another babygirl to our home,” Hernandez’s ex continued. “Mommy and sissy will continue to wait patiently for your arrival.”
Jenkins-Hernandez did not make any mention of the father of the child. Although a source exclusively told RadarOnline.com she has had a boyfriend “for a while.”
The source added that Jenkins-Hernandez was “definitely living with the boyfriend while Aaron was in prison.”
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Hernandez fell from grace as a famed football player for the New England Patriots in 2015, when he was found guilty of first-degree murder for the death of semi-pro football player, Odin Lloyd.

He was sentenced to life in prison without parole. On April 19, 2017, the former tight end hung himself in his prison cell.
At the time of his death, Hernandez’s fiancé insisted he did not kill himself.
In a shocking twist, another male prisoner, Kyle Kennedy, claimed to have been the football star’s lover behind bars.
If he were still alive, the source told RadarOnline.com that the late Patriots player would be happy for his former love.
“Regardless of the trouble Aaron got himself into, he was a good kid to those close to him,” said the source. “He would be very happy for Shayanna.”
