Yolanda Foster Reveals Kids Bella & Anwar Have Also Fought Lyme Disease –– See Emotional NYC Benefit In 11 Photos

Yolanda Foster, at the Global Lyme Alliance inaugural gala Thursday in New York, revealed that her children Anwar & Bella have also fought Lyme Disease.
An emotional Foster, taking the podium at the event, received the "Power of One" award in her bravery in her three-year battle with Lyme Disease.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's daughter Gigi introduced her, saying that her parent has been "honest, unapologetic, and raw in how she portrayed Lyme disease on social media and on the show from the second she announced to the world she had been diagnosed."
The 51-year-old shares an emotional embrace with daughter Bella Hadid, 18. At the event, she said that witnessing Bella and Anwar being diagnosed with Lyme Disease "struck the deepest core of hopelessness inside of me."
The Dutch-born model hugs 16-year-old son Anwar; in her speech, she opened up about how frustrated she was in "watching my babies struggle in silence in order to support me in my journey."
Yolanda and Bella well up with tears at the benefit. In her speech, she vowed to her children, "I will walk to the end of the earth to find a cure so that you can live a healthy life that you deserve."

In her speech, she apologized for "all the important things I have missed in your life these past four years," adding, "I used to be a pretty cool, smart, multi-tasking, kicka** mom -- but all three of you, all three of my children really got short-changed with a dumb blonde in the white robe, that mostly lives her life in bed."
