The 22-year-old catwalker was apparently unable to strut away from Day 2 of Coachella on her own.
Hill's friends had to help her to a car after the event ended.
The model could barely hold up her head as she stumbled along.
Before the event started, Hill was spotted looking like she was having fun while yelling, "Beyonce, I love you!"
By the time she was ready to leave, concerned onlookers were asking Hill if she was doing okay.
