Say cheese! The 35-year-old reality star was all smiles in her senior photo. Kristen has since ditched her early 2000’s hairstyle for sleek brown locks.
The reality star has always liked to stir up drama! Doute was voted runner-up "Best Actress" in her high school’s end-of-year popularity contest. But the drama queen was recently demoted on the show for her boring new life! A source told RadarOnline.com, “She’s just not crazy Kristen anymore.”

So sweet! The reality star known for her volatile fights with various ex-boyfriends on Vanderpump Rules is hardly intimidating in this cherubic sophomore year photo.
As you can see, Doute didn’t change much from her sophomore to junior year of high school. But she has since admitted to drastic facial surgery after a terrifying accident that left her with a break in her orbital socket and brow bone.
Congrats, Kristen! Doute’s mother Alice Faye Doute took out a congratulatory ad in Kristen’s senior yearbook to celebrate her daughter’s graduation in 2001.
