Tyga finally wised up on his legal woes. After police issued a warrant for his arrest in an ongoing eviction case, the rapper came to his senses and paid his landlord.

"There has been a settlement reached to the mutual satisfaction of the parties," Danny Abir, of Abir Cohen Treyzon Salo, LLP, said, adding that the terms of their settlement are "confidential."

For their agreement, court documents filed by attorneys for Tyga's landlord this week reveal that the "Rack City" hit-maker agreed to pay $16,000 per month on the property.
