July 10 2018, Updated 7:10 p.m. ET
RadarOnline.com learned exclusively Four Seasons is reviewing surveillance footage from inside their arcade room after Tori Spelling accused the ritzy resort of having exposed nails which allegedly injured her youngest son, Beau. In photos exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, security cameras can be seen placed throughout the ceiling, and a hotel employee reveals staff is pulling video to rule out if Spelling, 45, faked the incident.
Spelling complained to her 1.1 million followers on Tuesday that her 15-month-old son was stabbed by four exposed nails while staying there.
"We are a @fourseasons family like even before my 1st was born (who's 11) and bc of a house situation we are of course staying with them," Tori posted for her 1.1 million followers on Instagram.
She continued: "But in the kids arcade room my 15 month old got stabbed by 4 exposed nails that shouldn't have been there and all that was done was ''Is he ok?'"

"In Obligatory check in and not till they realized who's child it happened too. So wrong on many levels. And I never call anything out! Not my style. But, not cool @fourseasons! Does he need a tetanus shot?," she concluded.
But staffers beg to differ. "The arcade is in great shape and still open for guests to enjoy," another employee told RadarOnline.com.
This is just another flub in a series of setbacks for Spelling. As RadarOnline.com recently reported exclusively, the Beverly Hills 90210 star and her husband Dean McDermott both finally committed to cleaning up for the sake of the marriage and their 5 kids. The combative duo have been battling bankruptcy — and each other — almost since they said “I do” in 2006. We pay for juicy info! Do you have a story for RadarOnline.com?
