Famous Friends Honor Tim Conway At Funeral Days After His Death At 85

Tim Conway, the beloved American actor and comedian who died earlier this month, was honored today at a beautiful funeral at The Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Beverly Hills, CA. New photos taken Thursday, May 23, at the ceremony, show the late star’s friends and loved ones arriving to say their goodbyes.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Tim died Tuesday, May 14, in Los Angeles after a string of heartbreaking health ailments. He was 85.
In his final years, Tim suffered from complications related to Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus. In 2018, he was diagnosed with dementia and had to undergo brain surgery, a fact which lead to his wife, Charlene Conway, being named as his conservator.
In March, a Los Angeles judge said there was “clear and convincing evidence” the actor could no longer act on his own behalf.
Tim married Charlene in 1984 and they remained together until his death. He is also survived by his seven children.
In his final days, Tim’s wife got into a feud with one of his daughters, Kelly, over the actor’s medical treatment. Kelly previously filed for a temporary restraining order to keep Charlene from moving Tim to another medical facility in hopes of eventually obtaining sole conservatorship over his health. Her petition was rejected.
Now that he’s gone loved ones have requested fans who want to honor Tim’s legacy to donate to The Lou Ruvo Brain Center at the Cleveland Clinic in Las Vegas, Nevada.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Tim was best known for his participation in The Carol Burnett Show, for which he won a Golden Globe. He also starred in other series and films, and ran his own show, The Tim Conway Show. He was loved by many — on and off screen — for his light humor and charming personality.
