Tiger Woods’ cheating scandal affected his golf performance for the worst back in 2009 – and his personal life could be getting in the way of his golf game again.
On the first day of the 2019 Open Championship on Thursday, July 18, Woods carded a seven-over 78. While he performed better on Friday, July 19, the rally wasn’t enough for him to advance.
Although he blamed the lackluster performance on being sore, could ex-wife Elin Nordegren’s surprise pregnancy also be to blame?

In The Rough!
Struggle was written all over Woods’ face during the first round of the 2019 Open Championship in Ireland.
Woods, 43, carded a seven-over 78 on the first day. He admitted to reporters that he was ”sore” and “scraping” the ball around, as his swings barely got it airborne at times.
“I’m just not moving well,” he said. “It’s just the way it is. It’s just father time and some procedures I’ve had over time. It’s just the way it’s going to be.”
He added that his warm up “wasn’t very good.” “I was having a hard time moving, just trying to piece together a swing that will get me around the golf course," he said.
On the second day, Woods improved by carding a 1-under 70. But the rally wasn’t enough, as he missed the cut.
The performance comes as a shock, as Woods won his 15th major title at the Masters in April 2019. It was the first major win for Woods since 2008.
As Radar readers know, Woods’ cheating scandal was exposed in 2009. He allegedly cheated with as many as 120 women, according to The National ENQUIRER.
Woods’ girlfriend Erica Herman appears to have skipped out on attending the tournament. She is often spotted cheering on her man. Herman, 34, has been credited for Woods’ impressive comeback.
In addition to health problems and Herman’s possible absence, Woods’ ex-wife has officially moved on. Radar revealed exclusive photos of Nordegren, 39, looking several months pregnant at her 10-year-old son Charlie’s flag football game in Florida on Friday, June 7. She also has an 11-year-old daughter, Sam, with Woods.
Radar then broke that she is expecting with returned NFL player Jordan Cameron, 30.
“They’ve been dating for over a year,” a source told Radar. “They met through mutual friends in Florida.”
Cameron has a 10-year-old son from a previous relationship. He moved into her West Palm Beach mansion earlier this year.
