Abigail Breslin Calls Taylor Swift An 'Unstable Cat Lady' On Twitter

Taylor Swift may need to write a sequel to her hit song "Bad Blood,” as Abigail Breslin clawed at the cat-loving crooner.
Abigail Breslin – in an unwarranted dig – appeared to slam Taylor Swift by using her own song lyric against her via Twitter on Thursday, Dec. 11.
"Cuz darling I'm a nightmare dressed like an emotionally unstable cat lady," the actress, 18, wrote. The lyric, slightly tweaked, comes from Swift's latest 1989 song "Blank Space." The original line reads: "Cause darling I'm a nightmare dressed like a daydream."
Taylor is no stranger to Twitter controversy, but what caused Breslin to shame the princess of pop? Rumors suggest that it may have to do with Swift's recent Twitter conversation with Breslin's ex-boyfriend, Michael Clifford of 5 Seconds of Summer.
On the other hand, Breslin may have a point …
Taylor has been spotted on multiple occasions doting on her cats in the great outdoors.
She even takes them along for her travels.
Swift has been known to run errands with her feline Olivia Benson, named after Mariska Hargitay's Law & Order: Special Victims Unit character. Could her cat fascination be a bit out of hand?
Yes, Breslin definitely has a point.
Of course, the Little Miss Sunshine star later clarified her tweet – as all celebrities do – claiming that she had simply been making fun of her own cat-lady tendencies. Be careful Abigail, you may win the battle but Swift will certainly “shake it off” and win the war in style — and probably in song too!
