Celebrity Nutritionist Charlene Ciardiello, who has not treated the star, told RadarOnline.com that Reid "appears to stand at an unhealthy weight of 85-90 pounds."

"This is extremely unhealthy and dangerous and she may develop problems in the future," Ciardiello told RadarOnline.com. "Many women who are underweight struggle with infertility, osteoporosis, and Anemia."

"Tara would look amazing with an extra 30 pounds on her petite frame," the expert added. "I highly suggest Tara find a healthy system as soon as possible. If she were my client, I would have her eat 5 small meals a day and weight train 3 times a week to add muscle tone — while keeping her petite and feminine.

Known for dabbling in plastic surgeries over the last decade and once referred to as one of Hollywood's most "botched" stars, the party girl admitted in 2006 that her procedures weren't all they're cracked up to be.

"My stomach became the most ripply, bulgy thing. I had a hernia, this huge bump next to my bellybutton," Reid told Us Magazine. "As a result, I couldn't wear a bikini. I lost a lot of work."

"I think Tara is a beautiful girl," Cirdiello concluded. "My advice to Tara is to learn to build a healthy relationship with food."
