Katie Holmes accompanied her pretty-in-pink tyke around New York City for her big day.
"Suri enjoyed a low-key pre-birthday lunch Sunday with Katie, her maternal grandparents and two young girlfriends at Tavern on the Green," a witness told PEOPLE.
But did the day live up to Suri's high expectations?

The latest outing is just one of the many for the mother-daughter duo, as Suri hasn't been photographed publicly with her father since a December 2013 trip to Disney World.
