Nearly 15 months after Las Vegas mass murderer Stephen Paddock committed the worst mass murder in American history, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned that the twisted killer’s remaining Nevada home has been sold. According to records viewed by RadarOnline.com, the sicko’s home located in Mesquite, Nevada was originally listed for $449,000 in July 2018. The price was lowered to $425,000 last November. See RadarOnline.com's gallery of the house of horrors for all the details.
Paddock, 64, killed 58 people and injured hundreds more after opening fire into a crowd of approximately 22,000 at a country music festival on Oct. 1, 2017.
The sale of Paddock’s second home comes just months after the psycho’s Reno, Nevada home was purchased for $374,900.
A Nevada-based realtor told RadarOnline.com that both homes were “tough” to sell. “Who the hell would want to live there?” the realtor said.
The Mesquite home has a total of 2,018 square feet featuring two bedrooms, two baths, and an office/den. The kitchen has granite counter tops and espresso-colored cabinets.

According to a Trulia listing viewed by RadarOnline.com, Paddock’s property features a “generous” lot fitting for a pool. It was built in 2014 and was recently painted in July 2018.
In addition to owning two Nevada homes, authorities confirmed that the evil Las Vegas shooter had $1.3 million stashed away in various bank accounts at the time of the devastating crime.
Paddock formerly worked as a real estate developer, property manager and retired accountant.
He committed suicide in his hotel room from a self-inflicted gun shot wound after opening up fire on the famous Las Vegas strip.
