Real Estate Blues

Bad Luck
Christine sold her home on Tuesday, April 2 for $599,000. But the deal fell through, as it was put back on the market. She listed the house for sale in July 2018 for $675,000. It was cut to $649,000 in September 2018, $639,000 in November 2018 and $614,900 in January 2019.
More Price Cuts
Meri’s home is also still on the market. Her house was originally listed for sale in January 2019 for $599,900. In March, it was cut to $574,900.
Better Move Fast!
Kody said on an episode that they need to sell the homes soon or else they could run out of money in months, as they are paying for his home with Christine, rent for Meri, Janelle and Robyn, and mortgage on the land.
