Shocking Photos
In the photos exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, acres of Arizona land could be seen with no construction in sight.
All For Nothing?
Kody dropped $820,000 for land to be split into four parcels in June 2018.
Just A Dream
On the show, he even discussed building a mega home with four sections for each wife and a common area.
Bad Idea?
The family moved to Flagstaff in August 2018, leaving their convenient four-home cul-de-sac in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Money Problems
The vacant land could have to do with their financial issues, as they have delinquent property taxes on the acres.
In Debt
As RadarOnline.com broke, the Coconino County Treasurer's Office confirmed that Kody, Robyn and Christine failed to pay $2,063.70 in taxes for their parcel of land. The payment was due on December 31, 2018. The amount of $82,55 was added in interest, making the total payment due $2,146.25.
More Expenses
Bills!
But the expenses don’t end there. Kody and Christine bought a home for $520,000. Meri, Janelle and Robyn are living in rental homes.
Real Estate Trouble
The family also had trouble selling their Las Vegas homes. Meri put her home on the market on January 17, 2019 for $599,900. After a price cut, it was sold for $574,900 on May 7.
Any Takers?
As for Christine, her home remains on the market. She listed the house for sale in July 2018 for $675,000. The price was cut to $649,000 in September 2018, $639,000 in November 2018 and $614,900 in January 2019.
Hard Sell
Janelle’s house was purchased in April 2019 for $574,900 after price cuts. Janelle’s house was originally listed for sale in October 2018 for $649,000. It was lowered to $599,900 in January 2019 and then $574,900 in March.Robyn was the first one to sell her home for $619,900 in February 2019.
Kody rushed their move to Arizona because he claimed they would run out of money in months without the sale of the four homes.
