Off The Wagon! Scott Disick Quits Outpatient Rehab

Keeping up with the Kardashians star Scott Disick is back to his old tricks! The 32-year-old father of Kourtney Kardashian's three children has been club-hopping this past week and, according to a family insider, he has not attended ANY of his outpatient rehab appointments. Disick's latest spree of club outings has gotten him in hot water with the family of his 36-year-old hot-bodied baby mama, Kardashian. The father of Mason, 5, Penelope, 3 and Reign, 1, has been club-hopping this week with his bad-boy buddy Chris Brown, 26. But according to a Kardashian family insider, his partying has already affected his sobriety!
"Scott has not been to his outpatient rehab appointments at all this week," the source told RadarOnline.com.
"The family all believes that he is headed for another relapse. His behavior lately is incredibly defiant," the insider added. "Scott should not be going out to clubs and bars. It is just a matter of time now."

According to the source, there could be more going on than meets the eye, as Disick has been looking "incredibly unhealthy" in recent weeks as well.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Disick is currently at a stand-still in his custody agreement with Kardashian. "Of course his behavior is endangering his custody right now. But at this point, he does not even seem to care," the insider told RadarOnline.com.
"Whenever Kourtney tries to give him sh*t, he just brings up the fact that she is out partying all the time too," the source claimed.
One possible reason for the party binge? "He is starting to finally realize that there is no getting her back and is really having the case of the f*ck its," added the source.
