Scott Disick looked worse for the wear when he was escorted to his car by his bodyguard last night at the L.A. nightclub. "Scott is so lost right now and it's really bad," a source close to the former reality star tells RadarOnline.com.

It was just over one year ago that Disick was hospitalized for alcohol poisoning while filming Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, after the 32-year-old father of Mason, 6, Penelope, 3. and 8-month old son Reign, was caught cheating on Kardashian with his ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli in early July, the reality father has lost everything! He moved out of his home, lost his job as a regular on KUWTK, severed his relationship with his former famous family AND – if that wasn't all bad enough – ruined his relationship forever with the love of his life, Kardashian.

Though all of Kourtney's sisters – Kim and Khloe Kardashian and Kendall and Kylie Jenner – launched apps this week that became overnight sensations, Kourtney was the only one who did not. According to a family insider, "Kourtney does not want Scott to know what she is doing or where she is at because the tension between them is at a high point right now."

"Although Kourtney has allowed him joint custody of the kids, their relationship with each other is so not good," says the source. "Scott was certain she was going to take him back and now that he knows she is not he is losing his sh*t. All we can really do now is pray for him."
