Scott Disick looked worse for the wear when he was escorted to his car by his bodyguard last night at the L.A. nightclub. "Scott is so lost right now and it's really bad," a source close to the former reality star tells RadarOnline.com.

"Although Kourtney has allowed him joint custody of the kids, their relationship with each other is so not good," says the source. "Scott was certain she was going to take him back and now that he knows she is not he is losing his sh*t. All we can really do now is pray for him."
