Bye Kourtney! Inside Scott Disick's Bachelor Pad — 29 Photos Of Where He'll Live Now That Kardashian Has Thrown Him Out

Kourtney Kardashian and her three-time baby-daddy are over for good! Now, take a look at where Scott Disick will be living since she threw him out.
The 4,095 square foot property was purchased by Disick on Dec. 23, 2014, for $3,699,000 and features five bedrooms and six bathrooms, according to Trulia — and Kardashian is not on the deed.
“This is an interesting deal because Scott Disick does not own anything in his own name aside from this new property, which is solely registered under his name and not with Kourtney Kardashian,” a realtor source told RadarOnline.com exclusively at the time.
The real estate insider said, “Scott definitely seems like he is moving out on his own." And it turned out to be true!
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Kardashian, 35, and Disick, 31, have been plagued with breakup rumors for over a year, as the Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons reality couple has let their demise play out on their television show.
Kardashian and Disick have three children together – Mason, 5, Penelope, 2, and a newborn son, Reign.
There are city, ocean, and canyon views.
The new house features five bedrooms — enough for all his kids to visit.
The open kitchen and living room looks out on the pool area.
The dining area looks out on the patio.
Plenty of seating in the den.
The home is located near the luxe Beverly Park neighborhood.
The chef’s kitchen features an exhaust hood and large range.
Disick’s bros will find plenty of seating in the kitchen.
Kardashian threw Disick out just before July 4, as RadarOnline.com reported.
The home was built in 1960.
The modest dining room certainly wouldn’t fit the entire Kardashian klan.
The open plan will give his kids plenty of room to run around in. Kardashian wants primary custody, however.
The TV room features a fireplace.
The listing calls the views “picturesque.”
The house is decorated with neutral tones throughout in listing photos, but Disick will likely switch it up.
The closet features plenty of space for the Lord’s wardrobe.
Even the bathtub comes with a view.
There are his and hers sinks, but will Disick claim them both?
The saltwater pool overlooks a lush canyon.
The Stewart-Gulrajani design team decorated the home.
The patio features even more seating than the living room.
Listing photos showed a feminine touch, but Disick is likely to redecorate when he moves in.
Disick can watch his kids — or female guests? — play in the pool while cooking up dinner.
