Sammy Tawil, who has known the Houston family for over 25 years, shares some private photos with RadarOnline.com of the late 22-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston. "She was like a daughter to me," he says.

"I never saw her do drugs, maybe she knew better not to in front of me," Tawil tells RadarOnline.com of Brown, here with her self-professed "husband," Nick Gordon.

Tawil often spent time with Brown, including over the Fourth of July. "When she was with Nick, she couldn't see past him," notes Tawil. "That was the only way she was vulnerable

Tawil also reveals to RadarOnline.com that Brown called Gordon "her puppy" and planned to marry him. "She'd show us the ring and say 'we're going to get married in the Hamptons,'" Tawil tells RadarOnline.com.

Tawil isn't convinced that Gordon was involved in Brown's death, despite family speculation to the contrary. "I'm 99 percent convinced he didn't intentionally hurt her," he insists. "I don't think Nick would ever kill Krissi. I'd be shocked. If any evidence came out that he touched her, I'd be shocked and devastated."
