Botox, Fillers & Lifts! 'RHOD' Plastic Surgery Secrets REVEALED Since Filming

The Real Housewives of Dallas stars aren't letting their Bravo paychecks go to waste! LeeAnne Locken, Tiffany Hendra and Cary Deuber look drastically different today compared to their appearances on the show. A top plastic surgeon exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com what procedures the women may have undergone to look years younger.

Locken, 48, looked unrecognizable during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live earlier this month. "I suspect that she's had some injections of Botox into her forehead, causing it to be smoother, but her brows to be lower," Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated any of the housewives, told Radar. "This can occur when the forehead is 'frozen' by injections of Botox along the entire forehead (as opposed to just part of it)."

The plastic surgeon also believes the "Mouth of the South" went under the knife for a lower eyelid lift. "It removes the fat from the lower eyelids causing them to look less puffy," he explained.

As for Hendra, Dr. Youn believes she too underwent surgery to enhance her look. "Tiffany's eyes look lifted at the sides, possibly from canthopexy," he said. "This is a surgery that tilts the eyelids up, making them look more almond-shaped."

Deuber, who works as an operative assistant at her husband's plastic surgery office, had more subtle changes made. "Cary appears to have had her lips injected with a filler, like Juvederm," he said. "They look bigger and filled out."
