Tamra broke the news to fans that they were selling their immaculate property on Instagram yesterday — just one week after Eddie underwent his sixth heart operation at a hospital in Texas.
“Yes, this is happening After a very emotional year we have decided to make a change,” the RHOC beauty announced on Instagram.
“I love the process of remodeling & decorating and enjoyed ever step of the way,” Tamra told fans.
“I can’t wait for you you to see what’s next . We are very excited about the next chapter of our life.... stay tuned #godisgood,” the star, 51, added.
Tamra and Eddie, 45, bought the Mission Viejo, Calif., property two days before Christmas in 2017 for $1.6 million.
After gutting the entire home, they are selling it for $1.799 million — which means that they are earning less than $200,000 from the sale.
The 4,000 square foot home sits on a 10,000 square foot lot, which was more than enough room for both Tamra and Eddie’s egos!
The tranquil master bedroom likely provided Eddie with amazing comfort while he was recovering from his multiple heart procedures.
As RHOC fans know, Eddie discovered that he needed a heart operation to treat atrial fibrillation while he and Tamra were moving into their new home, which has caused some to question whether the home might be haunted!
The backyard of this home feels like a five-star resort! An elevated spa spills into the pool, which has three waterfalls in it and, at one end, a sunken living room gives the backyard oasis an extra cozy feel.
