Shannon shared a post-workout photo this week on Instagram. In the photo the returning RHOC star wrote, “Walking this beast of a hill every day with my trainer!”
Just one day later, Shannon’s muscular man-candy posted another photo of their grueling workout. In the caption, he wrote, “Training. Shannon Beador is killing 3.6 miles with 432 feet of elevation this Friday morning! What are you doing?”
RadarOnline.com caught up with Shannon while on one of her sweaty workouts last week near her home in Newport Beach. So how much weight has she lost so far?

In November 2017, Shannon told fans she was going to lose the 40 plus pounds that she gained at the end of her marriage to estranged ex David. At the time, she revealed that she had already lost 25 pounds.
“Judging by all of these new photos, Shannon has lost at least 35 pounds and is only 5 pounds away from her goal weight,” personal trainer to the stars Charlene Ciardiello, who has not treated Beador, told RadarOnline.com.
And it shows — Shannon is on top of the world right now! As previously reported, the mother of three is in a serious relationship with a new boyfriend, Alex, “who treats her like she deserves to be treated.”
