As fans know, the trailer for the upcoming season for RHOC dropped this week, along with a full cast photo showing that Shannon has turned her frown upside down by shedding the pounds.
But her new body didn’t come easy! According to a source, “She has been doing this the all natural way and refuses to get liposuction or any invasive procedures."
“Shannon is stronger than ever and credits the show and her fans for saving her,” the insider told RadarOnline.com. “She has an unbelievable trainer who really challenges her too!”

In a video posted to her Instagram this week, Shannon and trainer Steven Michael are accompanied by Shannon’s beloved dog Archie! “Every time I am huffing and puffing going up this hill. But there is going to be a day when I don’t breathe, honey! Getting it done,” Shannon told her fans.
As Shannon heads back to court in her divorce next month, RadarOnline.com has learned from a friend that she “feels like she already won. She has the kids. She has the money. She has her body back and a new boyfriend who worships her. David, on the other hand, got what he deserves,” the source said.
On top of that, Shannon’s QVC meal plan Real for Real has made her a fortune! “She is making mega millions now because people are literally eating it up and losing weight."
