A source close to Shannon exclusively told RadarOnline.com, “She has been working out non-stop all summer long and she has gotten the results that she’s been wanting. She feels and looks fabulous!”
But it hasn’t been easy! According to the pal, “Shannon has worked out nearly every single day this summer for several hours and she has no plans of stopping anytime soon.” Who could blame her with a hunky trainer like Newport Beach, California, based Steven Michael Sanada?
Shannon posted this photo to her Instagram recently, celebrating the success of her hit QVC cuisine line, Real For Real Cuisine! In fact, her veggie burger was nominated “Best Burger In 2018” by the network.

In November 2017, Shannon said that she was hoping to lose 40 pounds total! According to L.A. based nutritionist and owner of Shut Up & Move, Charlene Ciardiello, she has definitely done that!
“Shannon now weighs between 145 – 147 pounds,” Ciardiello, who hasn’t worked with Shannon said. “I would safely say that she is now a size 6 and looks incredible!”
As fans know, the RHOC star has been swept off her feet by wealthy CEO, Scot Matteson. “She’s never been happier than she is right now. She’s on top of the world,” the source added.
