Jim Bellino Slashes Price Of Mansion Amid Nasty Lawsuit With Tamra & Shannon

Money trouble? Ex Real Housewives of Orange County star Jim Bellino slashed the price of his $5.9 million mansion by a whopping $300,000, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned. Jim was awarded the Dana Point home in his divorce from Alexis Bellino in their 2018 court documents, RadarOnline.com exclusively confirmed. Amid the mansion price slash, Jim was locked in a nasty lawsuit with RHOC stars Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador, suing them for $1 million for defamation. Jesus Jugs won't cash in! Jim was awarded the 4, 539 sq. ft. home in his divorce from Alexis in 2018. The couple had been trying to off-load the home since 2017, before they filed for divorce.
The 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom Orange County home was listed by Jim in November 2018 for $5,900,000.
Jim slashed the price to $5,850,000 in mid-January 2019 as his lawsuit with Judge and Beador shifted into high gear.
The home with a stunning Pacific Ocean view had a price slash again on Jan. 28 down to just $5,595,000 — a whopping $305,000 lower than the 2018 asking price.
When Alexis and Jim divorced , he was given two houses in the OC while she was given a third, in which she still resided and hadn't, listed according to online records.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Jim sued the RHOC ladies after they claimed he was a "shady mother***er" on comic Heather McDonald's podcast.
