July 13 2019, Updated 9:38 p.m. ET
Renee Zellweger really knows how to dress down!
The actress, 50, showed up in gym clothes at the Neil Young and Bob Dylan concert at London's Hyde Park on Friday night, July 12.
Zellweger sported a baseball cap and tennis shoes with a sheer grey T-shirt under which her black sports bra could be seen and skin-tight leggings. A large, unfashionable leather saddle bag rested across her body.
She appeared to be hiding her famous face, but as RadarOnline.com readers know, the Chicago star has likely undergone plastic surgery!
Top docs who haven't treated Zellweger believe she's had work done but likely had it tweaked recently to look more recognizable.
She plays flamboyant movie icon Judy Garland in the upcoming biographical film, Judy.
On Friday, however, Zellweger kept a low profile.
The divorced actress appeared to be alone at the music event after apparently splitting from her longtime guitarist boyfriend.

Rocking Out
Zellweger seemed to enjoy the British concert. She's long had a love of musicians, as she got an annulment from country star Kenny Chesney and was in a seven-year relationship with guitarist Doyle Bramhall II.
Carefree At 50
The star turned the big 5-0 in April, and celebrated at a party with her ex-boyfriend, Irish folk singer Damien Rice.
Big Role
In an interview with Town & Country magazine, Zellweger said Judy Garland had been a constant presence in her life from childhood and was "just always there on the record player." Her movie about the actress/singer hits the big screen soon.
Changing Appearance?
Several of the nation's leading plastic surgeons recently told RadarOnline.com that Zellweger has likely gone under the knife to regain her appearance after she looked unrecognizable for a time.
Doc Talk
Last year, Adam Schaffner, M.D., F.A.C.S., who hasn't treated the star, told RadarOnline.com: "In my opinion, Renée looks great. She has restored the appearance of her eyes for which she was known."
Tune Up?
However, Schaffner added, Zellweger's revamp "may have been done through the use of Botox, injectable fillers, fat grafting and/or w grafting and/or well performed eyelid surgery."
Other Work
NYC-based plastic surgeon Dr. Norman Rowe, who also hasn't treated Zellweger, suggested to RadarOnline.com that she might have re-attained her old look with a possible "face and neck lift. She has also had fillers injected into her cheeks and lips to fill them out and offset the droop, which is caused by the natural aging process."
Not Too Smooth
America's Holistic Plastic Surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who hasn't treated the actress, recently told RadarOnline.com she may have actually opted out of having Botox for a more natural look. "She looks like Renée Zellweger again," he said.
Another Oscar Nom?
Zellweger reportedly transformed herself to play Garland. Judy director Rupert Goold said like the Wizard of Oz star, Zellweger also stepped away from her career at times. "She has this deep, remote interior quality," Goold said.
No More Romance
Zellweger and guitarist Bramhall apparently broke up earlier this year.
On Her Own
According to a source, Zellweger and her rocker guy had been "spending time apart for months."
Fresh Start
While Zellweger's odd face previously drew attention, she's now looking forward to the release of Judy later this year.
Dark Look
Zellweger dyed her hair dark brown to play aging Judy. The film follows Garland in 1969 as she arrives in London for a run of sell-out concerts.
Having Fun
The star chilled out at the Young/Dylan concert. Zellweger's loves have included singer Chesney, from whom she got in annulment after four months of marriage in 2005, and musician Jack White. She dated Bradley Cooper from 2009-2011.
Reclusive
Sightings of Zellweger are rare, so fans and photographers were thrilled to see her at the concert on Friday!
