As RadarOnline.com reported, the Walk the Line star, 42, shocked onlookers on Saturday night, February 9, 2019 when she fell down a flight of stairs as she left close pal Aniston's bash.
She seemed to have partied hard back then.
But on Friday, March 15, 2019, Witherspoon looked all pulled together and serious about her jogging fitness routine with a female friend.
The star appeared determined on her run, wearing a down vest, cap, and exercise pants during the cold snap in Los Angeles.

But Witherspoon has been embarrassed by letting her hair down in the past. She tottered around in a mini dress and black high heels all night at Aniston's birthday party and shocked onlookers with her hard tumble about a month ago.
Witherspoon looked much more mobile on March 15 than she did at the Aniston bash. There, she had to grab a glass handrail for support as she and such other stars as George Clooney, Sandra Bullock, Courteney Cox, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Ellen DeGeneres left the soiree at the Sunset Tower hotel in West Hollywood.
The actress long ago lost her squeaky-clean image. Witherspoon appeared bleary-eyed and suddenly lost her balance, falling down the staircase, while her bodyguard and an assistant looked on after the Aniston celebrity party of the year.
Witherspoon followed a smooth running course around an L.A. neighborhood on Friday. Previously, the Big Little Lies star was seen in a heap at the bottom of a stairwell!
Radar recently learned that Witherspoon has finalized negotiations to reprise her role as lovable diva Elle Woods in Legally Blonde 3 – for a whopping $12 million.
The blonde cutie hasn't always walked the line. In 2013, Witherspoon and her husband Jim Toth were both arrested for disorderly conduct in Atlanta, Georgia. She later pleaded no contest to obstruction and was required to pay court costs. Toth pleaded guilty to misdemeanor DUI, was ordered to perform 40 hours of community service and attend an alcohol education program, plus pay a $600 fine.
