The romance between Princess Beatrice of York and her handsome boyfriend, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, is heating up! This Monday, April 15, the two were spotted on a night out at 34 restaurant in London. The royal wore a long burgundy skirt, black top and matching heels, while Edoardo, 34, looked dapper in a slim-fit black suit and tie.
RadarOnline.com readers know Edoardo is a British property developer and the founder of London-based property consultancy Banda Property, which he started in 2007. The multi-millionaire entrepreneur first caught Beatrice’s eye in September 2018, one month before Princess Eugenie’s lavish wedding. Though they had met years before, thy did not hit it off until last year.
Edoardo is divorced and has a 2-year-old son named Wolfie with ex Dara Huang. The hunk reportedly ditched his baby mama after falling head-over-heels for the royal. He and Dara were engaged for over three years before he hooked up with Beatrice, 30, at her sister’s October 12 wedding ceremony, and a source told reporters he continued living with Dara and their child for some time while at the same time secretly dating Beatrice.
Dara — a Harvard-Educated architect — was heartbroken when she found out about her fiancé’s relationship with Beatrice through the media. Her father, Po Tien, told RadarOnline.com that the “powerful” royal family was to blame for the breakup, and even shared photos of Edoardo and Dara looking happy before Bea.
Despite the drama, the daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson seems more than happy with her man. To kick off 2019, the two went on a New Years trip together to a romantic island off Kenya — the same place where Edoardo once proposed to Dara!
