Williams claims he is Prince's son, and he is taking his possible dad's estate to court to prove it! According to court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, his mom, Marsha Henson, claims that she and the 57-year-old pop star had relations in the 70's.

Also according to the docs, Williams is demanding a DNA test be performed. He also wants to be involved in future proceedings in regard to the estate.
