After Patrick Dempsey was spotted supporting estranged wife Jillian at the inaugural Marie Claire Image Maker Awards earlier this month and holding hands with her days later, sources say they've called off their divorce.
Now, the happy looking pair is on a romantic getaway in St. Barts!
Shirtless Patrick was still his hunky self in a pair of blue swimming trunks while Jillian showed off her fabulously fit bikini body.

"For the past year, Patrick and Jillian have been working on getting to where they are right now. They are not dating anyone else, and only each other," an insider told PEOPLE.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Jillian, 41, first filed for divorce in January 2015, after a whopping 15 years of marriage and three children together.

But in recent months, the former flames seem to be playing very nice with one another, going on bike rides and attending promotional events together.
