Insiders have alleged that Dempsey was unfaithful to his wife with a woman who worked on the set of his former tv show, Greys Anatomy.
Dempsey was subsequently killed off of the show.
After the divorce filing, Dempsey sold the couple's Malibu mansion for an $8 million profit.
However, judging by the photos, it may be time for a new love nest for these two!
On a romantic bike ride, they seemed to not have a care in the world.
