And although the majority of Paris’ tight-knit family is supportive of her newfound love with Delevingne, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned staunchly religious grandparents Katherine and Joe’s refusal to accept her lesbian love affair has left the 19-year-old distraught. The gorgeous duo didn’t seem to care who was watching when they kissed passionately while dancing to no music this weekend in L.A.! According to a Jackson family insider, “Paris is telling everyone that it was love at first sight, and Cara treats her like a princess!”
Aside from teen Paris’s godparent Macaulay Culkin — who was on a double-date with Paris and Delevingne, 25, when these photos were taken — most of her tight-knit family approves of her romance with Delevingne. That is, except for grandparents Katherine, 87, and Joe Jackson, 89!
“Paris is desperate for Joe and Katherine’s approval. It breaks her heart that she is madly in love with Cara and she can’t bring her girlfriend to meet them,” the insider told RadarOnline.com.
“Cara has already met several of her family members, including Paris’s brother Prince, who totally supports Paris’s relationship,” the source revealed, adding that Paris “won't define herself as gay because she hates labels."
“But because Katherine and Joe still refuse to even talk about it, she asked her aunts Janet and LaToya to help convince them to just be happy for her,” the source added.
