The pair were spotted kissing in Los Angeles at the end of a double date with Paris's actor godfather Macaulay Culkin and his girlfriend.
The pair first met at the MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles last May and were spotted holding hands outside a Dalston nightclub in November.
Outside the restaurant Cara asked Paris to dance before the pair enjoyed a steamy kiss.
Cara also briefly perched on Paris's lap at a small sidewalk table as the pair finished chatting with former child star Culkin.
