Sometimes it takes the most cringeworthy celebrity moments to get the Internet's attention. From celebrities' too fast, too soon romances to their OMG! confessions they remind us that there’s something the rest of us can all agree on — some people are just plain cray, even if they are famous.

To be fair, it’s not always the celebrity’s fault. Some come from crazy families others have partners whose antics are humiliating. After all, you can’t really blame Beyoncé for what happens in her orbit. At least we can all agree that she’s not cray … but everyone else around her might be.

As both Queen Bey and Martha Stewart have said, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade. Better bad press than no press, so here are some extremely embarrassing things that celebrities have done or have had happen to them that have given fans much to talk about.

After a woman wrote an online essay on Babe, “I went on a date with Aziz Ansari and it was the worst night of my life,” the Internet was conflicted about whether or not Ansari had forced himself upon a woman. Some defended the actor, saying that his date’s account of what happened seemed like it was consensual. Others linked her experience to the “Time’s Up” movement. Ansari responded to the story with his own account of the events, “The next day, I got a text from her saying that although ‘it may have seemed OK,’ upon further reflection, she felt uncomfortable. It was true that everything did seem OK to me, so when I heard that it was not the case for her, I was surprised and concerned. I took her words to heart and responded privately after taking the time to process what she had said.”

When you see pictures of Kevin Hart and his beautiful wife, Eniko Parrish, and their son Kenzo you would think that their life was picture perfect. In 2017, Parrish wrote a beautiful post to her hubby to celebrate their one-year wedding anniversary and eight years together. The problem was that Hart had only been divorced from his ex-wife Torrie Hart for six years. Oops! To add fuel to the fire it was later revealed after a failed blackmail video that Hart had also cheated on Parrish when she was pregnant. Here the adage seems true: once a cheater, always a cheater.

Beyoncé and Jay Z had a few tumultuous years with rumors about their failing marriage and an infamous elevator video that caught li'l sis Solange going after Jay-Z. Then they both dropped albums where they each spoke about Jay-Z’s infidelity. Everyone thought that they were headed toward divorce, but in 2018 they took all the drama and transformed it into a powerhouse album titled, Everything Is Love. They also embarked on a tour, Run The World II where the two performed on stage together to sultry, salty, and sometimes downright heartbreaking lyrics to prove that “love always wins.” After all, if you’re going to let the world know that infidelity has struck your marriage, you might as well make $100 million off of it.

Some celebrities wait for the perfect time to announce their pregnancy, while others decide to awkwardly hide it and bribe family members not to tell. For 9 months fans, talk show hosts and even other celebrities couldn’t get a single confirmation (or denial for that matter) about the Kylie Jenner pregnancy rumors. In the end, the beauty-mogul released the news herself — after she had given birth!

Within 6 months this very public couple went from being in other relationships, to single, to dating, to engaged and single again. And neither Grande or Davidson seemed to handle the public scrutiny very well. When the two were together, Davidson constantly joked on SNL that Grande would break up with him. They fought back against online trolls constantly reminding Davidson that Grande was out of his league. When they finally did call off the engagement, both of them seemed to unravel before audiences’ very eyes with awkward sketches, songs and even teary-eyed acceptance speeches. There’s probably a reason that so many celebs prefer to keep their relationships under wraps. It’s less embarrassing when it goes up in flames.

For months Tristan Thompson was photographed and videoed with various women in compromising poses. But, fans could never be sure if the women were kissing him or merely whispering in his ear. He was even given the benefit of the doubt by momager Kris Jenner. Things changed when the allegations couldn’t be ignored and a 9-month pregnant Khloé had to face the truth her baby-daddy was a serial cheater. To make matters worse, the TV-personality had to relive the drama on KUWTK while the world watched and speculated about her decision to “try to be a family” with Thompson and their daughter.

There are few things more embarrassing for a bride than having your dad and half-sister post unsavory photos and stories of you to the press right before you're married into the most famous royal family in the world. When Meghan Markle’s father, Thomas, and half-sister, Samantha, began grasping for their 15-minutes of fame by staging their own photoshoots and interviews, the former Suits actress did what any soon-to-be royal would do. She cut them out of her wedding hoping to avoid any more embarrassment from her “old” family. Unfortunately, it didn't stop the drama and they spent all of 2018 criticizing her every move from speeches to Christmas cards.

It began in 2017 as a cage match of words between these two rappers. Although, 2018 began innocently enough with Cardi B saying on the radio show Beats 1 that her feud with Nicki Minaj was made up by the press. Minaj sat down on the same show a little while later referencing a 2017 Cardi B interview that hurt her feelings. By the time the Met Gala had rolled around in May, the two were photographed in a loving embrace and all seemed well. But, in September the two rappers got into a physical fight at NYFW at the Harper’s Bazaar Icons party. Photos showed Cardi B walking out with a bump on her head.

“Fake tattoo proofreading position available. Experience with apostrophes a must.” Emma Watson took her tattoo blunder in stride with a humorous Tweet following her appearance at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. The young actress showed off her temporary tattoo at the event with the intent of making a statement. But the statement became was laughable when fans noticed a grammatical blunder. The tattoo read as “Times Up” instead of “Time’s Up.” If you’re a proofreader for fake tattoos you might have a career in Hollywood.

Roseanne Barr’s ABC sitcom was rebooted to a whopping 18 million viewers for its first nine episodes. It looked like Barr had made a comeback in the best possible way, until she decided to post a few characters on Twitter. On May 29^th, the comedian posted, “Muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes had a baby=vj.” After a public backlash, a public apology, and a very public announcement that her show had been cancelled; Barr became a warning symbol to all comedians about crossing lines from funny to offensive. “It cost me everything,” the actress would later say on Sean Hannity’s Fox News Channel show.

In September 2018 it was announced that Kevin Spacey would not be prosecuted for the sexual assault claim that brought his career to a screeching halt in 2017, because too much time had passed since the alleged incident had taken place. For a while, it seemed that the actor could regain his clean reputation. Then, another case emerged from 2016 from a man claiming that Spacey had also sexually attacked him. Then, several other sexual assault claims arose involving one from an actor who claimed that he was 14-years old when the Spacey made unwanted advances towards him in 1986. Spacey has denied all allegations against him. Needless to say, Spacey is probably never going back to Hollywood.

“One of the highlights while in the Bahamas has been swimming with sharks!”  Coco Austin’s Instagram comment and pictures would have been fine with her mom fans if she was seen swimming with sharks … alone. But, the TV personality decided to show off her parenting skills by sharing photos of her in a pool of sharks while holding her 2-year-old daughter Chanel. Needless to say, the Internet quickly blew up with fans disapproval of her parenting skills.

Watch for yourself and you’ll understand why thousands of viewers felt eerily uncomfortable listening to what seemed like a confession from OJ Simpson. In 2018 a re-released interview from 2006 showed Simpson giving a step-by-step “hypothetical” account about how the murder of his wife could have happened that night. It was considered “too controversial” in 2006 and time didn’t change that. Simpson even disturbed the interviewer by detailing how he could have gotten rid of the bloody clothes. “I know the details better than anybody else,” the former NFL star was seen saying.

Another public figure that had to issue a public apology was Kanye West. After the rapper was filmed ranting, “Slavery was a choice” he sat down on the 107.5 WGCI radio show to apologize for his comment. "I don't know if I properly apologized for how that slave comment made people feel, so I want to take this moment right now to say that I'm sorry for hurting, I'm sorry for the one-two effect of the MAGA hat into the slave comment."

Some celebrities prefer to play it coy and secretive when it comes to talking about their exes in the bedroom. Katy Perry did not. The sultry songstress sat down with James Corden for a fun little game of “truth or dare” and opted to answer his question about ranking her exes in bed instead of eating one of his prepared unsavory snacks for her. Her top three ranked from best to worst were John Mayer, Orlando Bloom and Diplo.

Part of Johnny Depp’s allure is his rock star appeal. He was Hollywood’s genius actor on-screen and rebel off. But, in 2018 Depp fell a little too far into the rabbit hole of bad-boy antics. After a tumultuous divorce that involving actress Amber Heard, who appeared in court battered and bruised, Depp was labeled as a “wife beater.” The claims were withdrawn, but not before another lawsuit was filed, one that revealed that Depp was broke. The actor’s extravagant lifestyle and mismanaged funds had run his fortune into the ground and suddenly managers, bodyguards, and assistants spoke out against his drinking, substance abuse, and abusive habits. Suddenly, one of the most admired actors became a man who seemed to have more in common with his looney characters.

Another messy Kardashian relationship was Kourtney’s split from her boy toy model boyfriend Younes Bendjima. After two years of dating and trips to exotic locations, they split in April 2018. It didn’t take long after the split for photographers to spot Bendjima on a beach in Mexico looking flirty with Jordan Ozuna. Rumours circulated that Kardashian had called it quits due to cheating. Yet, Bendjima was quick to clap back at the press refusing to be labeled as “the bad guy.”

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie announced their split in 2016 in a he’s-an-alcoholic-and-Child-and-Family-Services-had-to-be-called kind of way. It was tumultuous to say the least and it didn’t get any better in 2018. There were rumors that Jolie was so “hostile” that her divorce lawyer, Laura Wasser, quit. In August her new lawyer, Samantha Bley Dejean, stated that Pitt neglected to pay child support. Pitt’s lawyers retorted that he had given Jolie an $8 million loan and paid $1.3 million in bills for the children. Jolie’s reps were rumored to have replied, “A loan is not child support.” Hmmm … for a woman who is reported to be worth $140 million, why would she need an $8 million loan?

2018 was the year that Kim Cattrall had no problem saying that she has hated Sarah Jessica Parker all along. Even after Parker gave her condolences for the passing of Cattrall’s father, Christopher, Cattrall couldn’t find a nice word to say about her former costar. Instead, she went on Instagram to post,  "My Mom asked me today 'When will that @sarahjessicaparker, that hypocrite, leave you alone?' Your continuous reaching out is a painful reminder of how cruel you really were then and now. Let me make this VERY clear. (If I haven't already) You are not my family. You are not my friend." Ouch!

Allison Mack was a fan favorite on the CW show Smallville. Yet, something went terribly, terribly wrong when the young actress checked out a women’s empowerment seminar in 2006.
