No Comment! Nick Gordon Runs From Questions About Role In Bobbi Kristina Tragedy -- Amid Lawsuit!
June 27 2015, Updated 5:15 p.m. ET
Nick Gordon, boyfriend of Bobbi Kristina Brown, sprinted away from cameras outside his Florida home when asked about his role in the near-death state of the woman he claimed to love.
Early this year, Brown was found unresponsive in a tub-- a scenario that was shockingly similar to February 2012 when her mother, Whitney Houston, was found dead in a bathtub.
Over the months, loved ones have remained hopeful that Brown would regain consciousness, but now, even the most optimistic among them are beginning to lose faith that she will find her way out of her near-death state.
Police are still investigating the circumstances that led to Brown being found unconscious, and while the police have not named him as a person of interest, many are pointing their fingers at Gordon.
Gordon and Brown were raised as brother and sister, but the executrix of Brown's estate says that Gordon took a sudden romantic interest in Brown after she inherited her mother's money.

The executrix of Brown's estate filed a lawsuit against Gordon for intentional infliction of emotional distress, battery, assault, and improper withdrawal of funds.
The suit alleges that while Gorden alleges to be Brown's husband, the two never actually married.
The suit also alleges that Gordon was abusive towards Brown, and that he punched her in the face, dragged her by her hair, and knocked out one of her teeth.
The suit claims that Brown confided in a friend that Gordon “was not the man she thought he was," but was found unconscious before she was able to attend their scheduled meet up to discuss what she meant.
The lawsuit demands that Gordon pay, “punitive damages in the amount of at least $40,000,000, or a minimum of $10,000,000 for each one of four counts — assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and conversion."
Brown has been taken off life support, and is currently in hospice.
