2019 Emmy Awards: Celebrities Stun At Star-Studded After Parties

Celebrities gathered at Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theater this Sunday, September 22 to attend the 71st Primetime Emmy Awards.

Everyone’s favorite A-listers stunned on the red carpet and gave standing ovations during the handing of the awards.

Game of Thrones won best drama for the fourth time and Michelle Williams spoke out against Hollywood’s gender pay gap during her acceptance speech after winning an Emmy for her role in “Fosse/Verdon.”

Of course, the event also offered plenty of drama.

One of the most scandalous highlights of the night happened when the star-studded crowd laughed at Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner, who presented the award for outstanding reality TV series.

“Our family knows first-hand how truly compelling television comes from real people just being themselves, telling their stories, unfiltered and unscripted,” they said, before the audience broke out in laughter, leaving them straight-faced and clearly offended.

Other scandals included 2019 Emmys Commentator Thomas Lennon diss towards jailbird-to-be Felicity Huffman, and Marvelous Mrs. Maisel star Alex Borstein’s joke about not wearing underwear!
