The 2019 MTV Movie and TV Awards had some seriously shocking moments and RadarOnline.com has a gallery of the wildest shots from the show and what you didn’t see!

A Kim Kardashian sex tape joke started the show, the R. Kelly documentary won an award and fans were given a sneak peek of the new opening titles from The Hills.

The show was taped on Saturday, June 15, 2019 and aired on June 17 but MTV edited out The Challenge star Johnny Bananas pulling a Kanye West and jumping on stage when Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta won the Reality Royalty award.

The Challenge star Johnny Bananas jumped on stage emulating Kanye doing that to Taylor Swift when his show lost the Reality Royalty award to Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta but MTV cut that part out of the show that aired.

MTV Movie Awards host Zachary Levi made a crude joke about Kim Kardashian’s infamous sex tape with Ray J and his wife Princess flipped off the camera.
