Chilling Crime Scene Photos — Here’s Where Murdered Mollie Tibbetts’ Body Was Found

In a tragic turn, Iowa jogger Mollie Tibbetts’ body has been discovered more than a month after she went missing, her father said. Now, RadarOnline.com has exclusive photos of the rural, dusty area where her remains were found. According to eyewitnesses, a dirt road near 460th Avenue and Highway 21 near Brooklyn, Iowa is “closed off and barricaded” in the aftermath of the gruesome discovery. “It’s not accessible to regular vehicles,” an onlooker told RadarOnline.com. An FBI source told RadarOnline.com authorities are looking for trucks to navigate the muddy terrain. The Iowa state medical examiner and a state trooper even arrived at the scene this morning. The crime scene is a very rural, muddy area just south of Brooklyn, Iowa in a town called Guernsey.
The state medical examiner arrived to the scene this morning, indicating the body could still be at the location.
The road is closed down to all vehicles except for those of authorities.

Mitch Mortvedt with the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation told RadarOnline.com there will be a press conference at 4 pm.
A source told RadarOnline.com there was a massive search of the area last night, and nearly 20 cop cars arrived to the scene.
The 20-year-old’s family never gave up hope that she would be found alive.
“We know how strong she is and how she never gives up in anything she does. I’m sure she’s fighting like hell to get back,” her brother Scott told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
Greg Willey of Crime Stoppers of Central Iowa said the nearly $400,000 in reward money will now be used to find Tibbetts’ killer. "Once they catch their breath, this will turn into a weapon going the other direction, to catch the person who did it," he said.
