Savannah Spurlock's family members have released the most recent images of the missing mom of four as the desperate search for her continues.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the young Kentucky mother, 22, is still missing after having disappeared from a local bar with two men early on January 4, 2019.

Savannah, who welcomed twins in December 2018, last spoke to her mother Ellen at 2:30 a.m. the night she went missing to tell her she was leaving the bar and would be home "in a few hours."

Ellen said she didn't recognize the two men in the footage. They've reportedly been questioned by police, but haven't been charged in connection with Savannah's disappearance. However, cops searched the home of one of the men on Tuesday, January 22, 2019, and seized a car.

Worried mom Ellen told the media, "I don't sleep at night. It's a nightmare. I'm just trying to get information out to the public in the hopes and prayers that somebody is going to come forward that will lead to her."

Ellen added, "It gets harder and harder with each day that passes. I just want to know so bad where Savannah is and that she is okay."

One of Savannah's aunts, Lisa Thoma, shared a teary Facebook video after the incident, begging anyone with information about her whereabouts to come forward before it's too late.

In an effort to find her, Savannah's relatives have released the last pictures taken of her.
