As for Rosie's snide jab on Instagram -- in which she poses her daughter with a caption saying "Do I get a vote?" -- Rounds calls it "an odd choice" that she "would never use Dakota as a pawn."
Rounds also admits that though she "hopes it's not true," she has suspected that Rosie "could've cheated" on her during their relationship.

Rounds told Entertainment Tonight's Brooke Anderson that that she did not file for sole custody of two-year-old Dakota as a money grab.
"I made my first million before the age of 39, that was before I met Rosie," Rounds told Anderson. The couple married in 2012 and adopted the baby girl the following year."
She added: "I don't need Rosie's money, I don't want Rosie's money. None of the houses were in my name, none of the cars were in my name. Nothing was in my name," she said. "The pre-nup money means nothing to me. I will walk away from the pre-nup if Rosie will give me full custody."
She also critiqued O'Donnell and said she has a diametrically opposed method of parenting.
In January, Rosie's publicist issued a statement saying the talk show host was leaving the The View and had split from Rounds in November, adding that O'Donnell "is putting her personal health and family first." O'Donnell filed for divorce a month later, but has been hit with one bombshell disclosure after another since then.
