Stephen Belafonte has taken his divorce battle with estranged wife Melanie Brown to new heights, as he has submitted a sex tape – which he alleges was filmed by the singer – of him and another woman as evidence in the brutal case.
As RadarOnline.com has learned, the producer, 42, has exposed new court documents in his vile legal war with the former Spice Girl, and even called their alleged threesome partner as a witness! The busty brunette, Siara Diandra, is an Instagram model and stripper who allegedly had sexual relations with the famous couple.

Belafonte provided a list of other witnesses close to the pair, who are expected to testify in his defense.
This is not the first time Belafonte has blindsided Mel B, 42, in their ongoing legal feud.
After Brown filed a petition to close their court documents to the public – in order to save their children from negative media attention – he filed a statement voicing his disagreement.
He suggested she was attempting to manipulate the press by not letting him respond to her domestic abuse claims before making the case private.
