RadarOnline.com learned exclusively Meghan Markle lost 23 pounds in two weeks for her May 19 fairytale wedding — and Prince Harry worries she's gone too far! "Meghan is following an extreme diet as the big day approaches," tattled a palace insider. "The word is that she's eating ice cubes to dull her appetite, and a private chef is preparing juices and low-calorie meals. She's totally avoiding carbs and has cut out wine completely." The princess-to-be has been on a mission to shed the unwanted weight before her big day. Said a source: "Meghan is also working with a personal trainer, running and doing yoga as often as she can."
"Harry tells her to have a cheat day once in a while, but she says that can happen on the honeymoon!"
The former Suits star looked shockingly thin at an Invictus Games reception on April 21, and pals fear she's gone overboard with her weight loss.

"It's as if she's obsessed with getting as slim as possible."
Nutrition expert Dr. Stuart Fischer, who has not treated Meghan, estimated she has lost "about 30 pounds."
And pals said Harry has dropped seven pounds at her urging after giving up cigarettes and junk food.
