Pregnant Meghan Markle made a triumphant appearance with her husband Prince Harry and the rest of the royal family for Remembrance Day on Sunday in London. The event marked the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I and involved various religious services and veterans' remembrances. While Markle observed royal protocol with Prince William, his wife Kate Middleton, and Queen Elizabeth, there was scandal brewing after her personal assistant quit just months into the job. The royal family came out in force to honor those who lost their lives in war on Sunday, November 11 on Remembrance Day, which is known as Veteran's Day in America. The big British event took place at the Cenotaph war memorial, and Markle, 37, joined her husband Prince Harry, 34.
Markle wore a black coat and matching hat to the service as she expects her and Harry's first child, due in the spring. They announced the pregnancy last month.
Royal family members wore red poppies on their clothing, which is the symbol for World War I veterans.

Queen Elizabeth, 92, stood with Middleton, 36 and Prince Charles' wife Camilla, 71, on a balcony for part of the commemoration, while Meghan watched with the German president's wife Elke Budenbender from the balcony of another window.
Markle, Harry and William and Middleton were together for Remembrance Day after news broke that the Princes are thinking about breaking apart their joint court at Kensington Palace and living separate lives. The Fab Four are no more?
As RadarOnline.com has also previously reported, Markle's personal assistant has resigned just six months into the job, according to the British Daily Mail.
Markle's aide, identified only as "Melissa," is believed to have quit suddenly, shortly after she married Prince Harry in May, Richard Eden reported in the Mail. "It's a real shock," a source told Eden. "Why would she want to leave such a prestigious job so soon? Melissa is a hugely talented person. She played a pivotal role in the success of the Royal Wedding and will be missed by everyone in the Royal Household."
